It's a beautifully illustrated and well photographed book. There are very clear instructions on how to crochet with accompanying pictures. The projects themselves really are incredibly cute and again, the pictures are beautiful and clear to make out. The instructions to crochet are very clear and easy to follow. The projects themselves are suitable for beginner to more advanced and the start of each project tells you the skill level. The projects include the use of fabric for small parts of the project such as a little bow or ears. It's very simple and can all be hand sewn. Overall the book is a real pleasure to read and the images make it all very pretty.
The 16 cute amigurumi animals range from an easy cat cushion to a slightly more challenging hedgehog. Each animal is beautifully photographed and there is an introduction to crochet at the front of the book, so even confident beginners can tackle the patterns. UK crochet terminology is used throughout, with conversions for US readers, and templates are provided for the fabric additions. I'm looking forward to crocheting my way through the book!
